¡¡¡¡Mylch European style pure wood and wood with aluminum-clad windows and doors are made from larch wood ¨C a high quality conifer from Northeast sub-primitive forest. Due to its own properties and its growing environment, to choose larch to make windows and doors has the following special advantage:
¡¡¡¡Small resin canal, easy coated with lacquer, water resistance and corrosion resistance;
¡¡¡¡Tough woodiness, medium hardness, wood veins is clear, flat and straight.
¡¡¡¡ Path-cut processing assurance veins and strength.. The path slices plank, means the surface breadth and growing annual rings close to 90 degrees, the timber veins presents a straight line.So this kind of timber resist the high pressure and curved, not easy expand and shrinkage when it's humid, also not easy warp and craze. The Path-cut integrated material, ensures the stable performance and nice external appearance, and prevents the defects of the timber from having an impact on the final product.
¡¡¡¡The collected timber goes through such circulation as steam oast dry, joining and etc. to be made into laminated wood material. The moisture content is between 8% and 12% to ensure stable properties. Mylch windows and doors use three-layer laminated wood which glued together with AKZO NOBEL glue, those laminated woods will be glued in 3 layers thick and length finger jointed.

¡¤European-style Vinyl Windows & Doors
¡¡¡¡The European style windows and doors are made from imported PVC plastic which possesses high strength, corrosion resistance and ageing resistance. Choose special pigment to protect the PVC windows from turning yellow. The module cavity structure is uniquely designed to have multi-cavity to preserve heat and insulate sound. And the inner are designed on the principle of equal-strength. The steel liners are jointed together through hardware fixture to form a complex stress state, enhance the resistance to wind pressure of the windows and doors.


¡¤American style vinyl windows and doors
¡¡¡¡Mylch vinyl windows and doors series also includes high performance American style Casement and Sliding windows.
Main features:
¡¡¡¡a. The color of the profile is ovi-grey. The appropriation color anticipated to overcome the PVC material to have weakness of turning yellow. Complying with Canadian and US standards, the material is lead-free to protect production and application environment.
¡¡¡¡b. The profile has the lowest shade on the vertical face. ¡¤Structural Properties of the Aluminum Alloy Profile:£º

¡¡¡¡1¡¢Aluminum profiles all adopt multi-cavity design to ensure stable performance, good heat-preservation and acoustic insulation.
¡¡¡¡2¡¢Two seals are applied between the sash and the frame to form a water-tight cavity and an air-tight cavity to fully ensure the sealing effect.

¡¡¡¡6¡¢Aluminum alloy 6063-T5, which is confect of pure aluminum ingot. The base material of the aluminum ingot is made following the high grade standard specified by GB/T5237.1-2000. The aluminum alloy possesses high strength, good elasticity and extraordinary measurement precision.
¡¡¡¡7¡¢ Heat-insulating aluminum alloy profile has K value between 2.0 and 3.5 W/m2.K, while the ordinary aluminum alloy materials have K value between 140 and 1700 W/m2.K. Compared to the ordinary aluminum alloy windows, the profile can save 30 to 60% of energy.
¡¡¡¡8¡¢The selected heat-insulating strip is PA66 - the reinforced glass fiber imported by the European company Technoform. PA66 has a thermal expansion coefficient similar to aluminum alloy. The wedges and groove is manufactured following correspondent European standards, giving the alloyed aluminum outstanding mechanical properties, physical properties and dimensional precision. In particular, the nylon material which is made of special polyamide resin has compressive strength of 98Mpa£¨1000kg/cm2£©and heat conduction rate of 0.26-0.34W/m2.K. The nylon material is safe, reliable, highly durable and erosion proof.
